Annual Road Closure - Our annual road closure will occur on Monday, October 12th from 8 am until 4 pm.  Please use Taft Road or Fairview Road to gain access to or out of The Shores.  Be sure your vehicle has its TSPOA vehicle registration tag on the rearview mirror or visible on the driver's side of the front window for quicker access in and out.  Those without a TSPOA vehicle registration tag will be stopped and documented.  If you have contractors coming in that day, please make them aware of the road closure and they will need to be able to identify the name and address of the member they are going to

Water Seepage - The Board of Directors noticed some seepage of water from the north side of the dam soon after the water level rose to the level of the spillway. We met with the engineering firm at the dam and continue to engage with them to determine the source and resolution for this issue.  We will advise the community of the action to be taken when we have more information. 10022020
