November 28th – November 29th, Office closed Thanksgiving Holiday
Leaf Pickup Tuesday’s through December 3rd –Leaves must be in brown paper leaf bags which may be purchased in the office. Pick up on Wednesday if Monday is a holiday.
November 30th, Last day to pay remaining 40% of Membership fees without a finance charge. 1 ½% interest will be applied beginning 12/1/19 and the first of each month account balance remains unpaid.
December 1st – Dam Assessment Invoices mailed
December 3rd – Last day for Leaf pickup
December 6th – Member Potluck Dinner, 6pm at the Clubhouse, call the office the RSVP and state what dish you will be sharing.
December 31st – Final day to submit documentation for all Septic’s due for a cleaning/inspection in 2019 –review section XI of the TSPOA Rules and Regulations for what must be included on the submitted paperwork.
Vehicles must display TSPOA registration tag in the front window, preferable hanging from the rearview mirror. A new tow operator is now under contract and will be patrolling the TSPOA communal parking lots, beaches, boat launches and roadways. Vehicles parked in these areas without tags may be towed, at your expense.
Unregistered Vehicles May only be stored on your property for 6 months. If you have an unregistered vehicle, please contact the office to list it. Year, Make, Model and Color will be necessary to list the vehicle. Unregistered Vehicles stored in enclosed garages do not need to be listed.
Plan to use this Lake Drawdown period to clean debris 20 feet out from your natural shoreline.
Make sure your vehicles are locked due to recent thefts of contents from unlocked vehicles.
